Charts and Graphs Reviews

The first graphing site I chose to review is called Pretty Graph. This site is for making professional quality graphs and charts quickly and easily. It was appealing to me because it requires no downloads and no installation. It is done completely online and works in Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari and Google Chrome. Teachers could use itin math to design Scatter plots, Line charts, Bar charts, Histograms, Box plots, Heatmaps and more! It costs no money to use, and is very user-friendly and easy to navigate.

The second graphing site I chose to review is called Chartle. I really enjoyed playing with Chartle because it has so many options for what kinds of graphs and charts to make. It includes Venn Diagrams, bar graphs, pie graphs, line graphs, scatter plots, radar screens, organizational charts, tables, annotated timelines, motion charts, gauges, ometers, and even maps! This site is definitely more extensive than PrettyGraph, and very easy to use. Teachers would benefit greatly from using Chartle.
